To use the downloader you paste a TikTok video URL. That URL is sent to our server so we can look up the available media sources. We do not require an account, email address, or any personal details to use the basic tool.

What we store

• Your recent videos are stored only in your own browser (localStorage). They never leave your device and you can clear them anytime.
• Theme & language preferences are stored locally in your browser.
• Anonymized analytics: when a download succeeds or fails we may log basic metadata — the video id, the option chosen, a success/error status, and a truncated hash of your IP address for aggregate rate-limiting. We do not store full IP addresses or the full pasted URL.

Third parties

To retrieve media, the link you submit is passed to our configured video-retrieval provider.

Cookies & local storage

We do not use tracking cookies for the core tool. We rely on browser localStorage for your theme, language, and recent-video history. If analytics is enabled, the analytics provider may set its own cookies.

Your choices

You can clear your recent-video history at any time, block or delete local storage, and use privacy-focused browser settings to limit tracking.
